Hot Smoked Scallops
Josephson's Smoked Scallops are made from premium east coast of the U.S. or Canada sea scallops. We use a large 20 to 30 count so that the texture is delicate and medium firm in the finished product. We lightly smoke our scallops to maintain their natural flavor. Josephson's Smoked Scallops are easy to use as an appetizer to get your next dinner party off to a perfect start.
Hot Smoked Seafood will keep two weeks under refrigeration and up to three months in a vacuum bag in the freezer.
