Smoked Chinook Salmon (31⁄4 oz.)
Enjoy this Smoked Chinook Salmon on a very plain cracker with no salt and almost no flavor. That way the true flavor of the smoked salmon comes through. Another simple way to use is to flake the salmon and combine with a tablespoon of mayonaisse and spread on thinly sliced rye bread. We use farm raised Chinook salmon to make this product so that we can smoke and can the fish while it is at its peak of freshness.
